Certain unusually large or heavy products (such as engine components, gearbox, wings, etc.) are not calculated automatically in the shipping/handling costs. Saturday Air delivery is only available to some zip code areas and has an additional charge.

All
Orders – Shipping Timeframe
Occasionally, all employees of 10/TENTHS Motorsport may be away participating in
a competition event, attending training, or observing a national holiday.
If this is the case, we will place a notice on the News page of the
website, as well as the checkout page, stating the timeframe of the absence and
when orders placed during that time will be shipped.
Ground Shipping Orders
10/TENTHS Motorsport attempts to maintain stock of most items in our catalog.
If for some reason a product is out of stock, we will attempt to have the
item drop-shipped from a supplier. We
will contact the customer via either telephone or email with a status of the
order.
ALL Internet orders with items in stock will be
shipped within 48 hours or two business days.
Orders received on Friday will ship either same day or the following
Monday.
Overnight and 2-Day Air Orders
ALL Internet Orders must be received by 2:00pm Mon-Fri to be shipped the same
day. All overnight orders shipped
on Fridays will arrive on Monday. If
you wish to have Saturday delivery, there is an additional $10.00 charge. All
2nd Day orders placed on Thursdays will arrive on Monday, and all 2nd Day orders
placed on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. Alaska and Hawaii are 2-day
delivery only.
Canadian Orders
All military and Canadian shipments MUST be shipped by 1st Class Mail.
GST and Duty: You will be billed 7% GST, a $5 processing fee, and duty
based on the item (most clothing is 17.5%, most components 7.5%) for orders over
CDN $20 by Canadian Customs. OUR PRICES ARE LISTED IN U.S. DOLLARS. All returns
should be shipped via Postal System to the Alpharetta, GA address (See RETURNS
below).
Returns
All items must be returned in resalable, “as new” condition within 30 days
of the purchase date. Ship Returns

10/TENTHS Motorsport will refund actual
shipping costs from UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or mistakes made
by us. Merchandise returned in less than resalable “as new” condition, may
be subject to a restocking fee and credit slip refund.
